Choco-pecan pie

Prep time: 60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 ounce sweet or 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c hot water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c pecans
  • 1/4 c margarine

Directions

Melt chocolate and margarine over low heat. Stir in milk, water and eggs and mix well. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and pour into pastry shell.

Bake 40-45 min or until center is set. Cool, then chill 3 hours.
